Sha Sha's poke
Sha Sha’s Poke will be sourcing the freshest local fish and ingredients Oregon has to offer. First you pick your base (rice, quinoa, spring mix), then pick how many protein scoops between 2-3 (tofu, ahi, salmon, spicy tuna, etc), next step you get to choose from around 20 different veggies and sauces you’d like to add. If you aren’t a raw fish kind of person, we offer Ahi and Salmon grilled as well. Throughout the year we will also offer various seasonal items and specials.

We are thrilled that they will be moving to Lincoln City to start this new food truck venture, and share their passion for sushi with us.

Lei Aloha Hawaiian BBQ is a new food truck opening at The Pines Dine Food Court in Lincoln City, Oregon. Owned and operated by Chef Josh Anderson and his wife, Cassie Anderson, the truck will serve satisfying, simple, and consistent Hawaiian-style food with a unique Pacific Northwest influence.
Josh’s Hawaiian-Portuguese family roots and 20+ years of experience as a chef in the Pacific Northwest will bring authentic island flavors to the Oregon Coast. The menu will feature classic Hawaiian BBQ dishes, along with weekly dinner specials using fresh, locally sourced fish and produce.
