Lei Aloha Hawaiian BBQ is a new food truck that recently opened at The Pines Dine in Lincoln City, Oregon. Owned and operated by Chef Josh Anderson and his wife, Cassie Anderson, the truck serves satisfying, simple, and consistent Hawaiian-style food with a unique Pacific Northwest influence.
Josh’s Hawaiian-Portuguese family roots and 20+ years of experience as a chef in the Pacific Northwest will bring authentic island flavors to the Oregon Coast. The menu will feature classic Hawaiian BBQ dishes, along with weekly dinner specials using fresh, locally sourced fish and produce.
